Olufemi (“Femi”) Adedeji is an enterprise revenue leader and strategic advisor with a proven track record of helping executives, founders, and ownership groups navigate high-stakes business and technology transformation.
With deep experience across SaaS, PropTech, ERP, CRM, cloud, and AI-driven revenue platforms, Femi operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, and executive decision-making. He is known for bringing clarity to complex environments, aligning stakeholders across revenue, finance, operations, and technology, and driving outcomes that endure beyond the deal.
Most recently, Femi served as an Enterprise Account Executive (Horizon segment) at AppFolio, where he ranked Top 3 overall and #1 on his direct team, delivering 168% of quota in bookings and 214% in units. In this role, he led complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise engagements involving Presidents, CFOs, EVPs, Operations, IT, and Accounting leadership. His work included the competitive displacement of legacy incumbents such as RealPage and the execution of a 5,318-unit, multi-year strategic partnership following executive onsite evaluations and long-term transformation roadmap alignment.
Prior to AppFolio, Femi spent several years at Microsoft, holding senior enterprise sales roles within Business Applications. There, he consistently exceeded targets (137% revenue attainment), closed enterprise transactions of up to $9.6M, and served as a trusted advisor to organizations undergoing ERP, CRM, and cloud-driven digital transformation. His work required close coordination across executive leadership, engineering, product, and partner ecosystems to deliver measurable outcomes across revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
Femi also held senior enterprise roles at Outreach, where he advised GTM and revenue leadership teams on AI-driven sales execution and productivity transformation. He closed multi-year enterprise agreements, including an $831K TCV engagement with Wolters Kluwer, and helped organizations modernize their go-to-market motion through data-driven execution and enablement.
